Heidi and Carl's Wedding

First the preparations

Wedding preparations are a lot of hard work............

....and everyone has to help. Especially when the cattle have been grazing on the site for the marquee and the whole paddock needs raking.

There's mowing to be done.....

..and its a great opportunity to make a beautiful garden even better.

Mandy moved the garden rubbish away.........

...and Chris had a great time checking on the others.

And.....Helen took all the photos. 

(we all forgot to take hers!)

Then the REAL preparations......

The groom's sisters have to look good too, so Amanda was helped out by Cindy.

And Mandy helped Heidi who seemed to be enjoying things too.

Whereas Chris seemed to be taking his 'father-of-the-bride' speech making duties very seriously with a lot of study!

The guests arrived by bus.

And the brides parents appeared..and all was ready!

The Wedding Ceremony began.

The ceremony was a simple and very lovely one.

And doesn't Carl look pleased now that they are "all signed-up"!

And very pleased grandparents Nan and Parpin.

Hazel and Perc Rooke.

Then came the party

With champagne for all

The marquee looked beautiful with flower decorated candelabras, and the sun setting on the hills behind.

The Guests of Honour looked very pleased with themselves.

Heidi and Carl made and decorated the cake...

...and then chopped it up!

Of course there was dancing....

.

....and speeches........

.....and then the departure.

(well the first departure anyway)

Next day....

...another party for all to enjoy...

(and maybe to speculate as well!)

Then all that was left was the final departure!!
